In this workshop, join Erin Murphy of Black Cat Yoga to talk about how to move through your discomfort, what happens in your mind + body in meditation, and WHY it’s such a good practice to cultivate happiness in your life, especially in these times of stress! Learn simple how-to tips and then experience a guided meditation. Come with questions! No experience required, comfy clothes encouraged.
